Tree Etiquette :
It's the time of year to start thinking about raking leaves etc. and I was wondering if anyone has had issues with neighbors over leaves falling into their yard. Also if you have a view and your neighbor plants some trees that block the view how do you handle it? I was reading some interesting things on issues people have run into with their neighbors regarding trees. Any real life examples of neighbors being ridiculos over trees. As I understand it you can plant them where ever you want and let the leaves fall where they may....
