Former WHL player Robin Big Snake should be on the list.

Also, even though it isn't the same type of bad name, I've never liked Kris Chucko just because his name annoys me. I also hated Nigel Dawes based on his name until I realized he was half Jamaican, then I thought his name was awesome.
