I've been mighty frustrated with how slow my computers have become since I upgraded. Safari sucks, Mail crashes, Mail caused a hard crash where I had to restart my computer, iTunes is slow.. not impressed so far.

I could be wrong, but I think a big chunk of the saved hard drive space was due to the fact that it doesn't include printer drivers anymore. I guess that's a trade off. Works great if you're printer is made by a half decent company I suppose.
I haven't actually noticed any of the instability that other people mention. Things sped up nicely on mine. Mail fails me all the time, but that's just F'n mail. I tried to use Safari a few months ago and it had several compatibility problems that killed the experience for me so I went crying back to firefox.
