Silentsim: 3Justin3 is running the league. Check with him about Florida or Phoenix still being open. You could probably grab one of those teams. (I'm sure no one will mind about those two teams. -- anyone?)
From that list I would trade from Vancouver to be Calgary or Chicago. I'm sure the majority in this league would as well, so at this point I don't think we really have a system set up to see who would be able to grab those teams.
