That's pretty debatable. There are some fantastic chefs working in this city and to claim that any of them are "better" than any of the others is utterly subjective. Alain Chabot makes great food, and is certainly in the top-tier of Calgary chefs, but any Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef at one of the better restaurants
should be a top-tier chef.
