I don't tip more than $3 ever. Actually I do tip if there's free delivery. Usually 15% but if i'm ordering from somewhere and they charge like $5-$8 for delivery... hell no.

I'm all over the map. I've given over ten dollars sometimes, and less than a dollar others. If it works out to like 19.50, and I"ve just been to the ATM and all I have is 20s, then it is too much work to give more than .50. I've had pizza be like less than 15, and let them keep a 20 too. If I am drunk, and we ordered a bunch of pizzas, I have no problem giving 10-20.
