While I was waiting for surgery though, I really paid the price if I misjudged how fatty certain foods were. Put me back in hospital three times - two of which they were prepping to move me up for surgery when the inflammation went down, and I got released. (in retrospect, that was good news, because if they had to remove it at those times, I was going to get cut wide open) In related news, there is a doorbell on the door to the emergency ward of Drayton Valley's hospital. You're right about the bile duct, forgot my dad had it partially removed as well.
