Definitely manual, though rush hour traffic with one is the bane of my existance. Nothing's worse than having some jackanape in front of you constantly hovering at a speed right where you need to shift, and rotating from going a couple km's under that to a couple km's over, so you're constantly shifting between 3rd and 4th gear every 6 seconds.
