My trainer has me on a high protein and low carb diet too.

What I'm having in the morning is:

- 2 packs of instant oatmeal
- half a carton of simply egg whites

- 1 apple
- 15 almonds

Between 9am-11am. I'd try to cut out bread if you can, and stay away from yogurt and dairy if its feasible.
