Yeah, well it doesn't really affect me too much...or at least I thought, until he asked to borrow the 700 dollars he now owes the government, LOL. He said he was just joking, but I'm sort of worried he wasn't. I'd lend a friend the money in a heartbeat if I knew he needed it.
