The Oak Room at the Palliser used to have one of my favorite sandwiches.
Roast Turkey with black forest ham, brie, lettuce, cranberry sauce and mayo. Everything was heated before they threw the lettuce on so the Brie was melted sightly. There may have been a little more to it but this was the jist of it.
Yummmmm.
