I just microwave it for 20 seconds and it's fine. And I do grocery shop regularly - when the fridge is empty, I go and get more stuff. I'm like a holy hunter-gatherer on the rolling pampas, living on the brink of starvation and loving it. I'm on the edge here! Don't push me or you could get sliced!

Uh, only having it once a week IS self-control. If I was bolting burgers and pizzas down every day, that would be lack of self control.
