Who gets to edit tags? I noticed in the "Longtime CP'er" thread the tags are 'Incogneto likes boys', and 'Incogneto's high horse'. Obviously he wouldn't make those himself, and I can't see a mod doing that, so who did?
PS: I really really really hate not being able to see who's viewing a thread!
