I'd suggest wrapping the bun in tin foil and putting it in the oven for 15 minutes. And also learning how to grocery shop on a regular basis.

Why do you have a once a week limit? Do you have no self control? Or are you just not rich enough to be able to afford fast food on a regular basis?
