I think I know that dog. A buddy of mine owns a dog daycare in West Hillhurst and a Shiba Inu that looks just like this has shown up at his front door all alone a couple of times now. He can't bring it in due to unknown shots situation, so he calls animal services. I know it has been taken in twice and the owner has paid to get it back both times. Wonder if it is the same one?
