as far as difficulty in getting installers out fast, that's been an issue for a while. we have so many new TTV people signing up, i dont think we were prepared and hired enough installers

It seems like about half the time I go to the Telus store I have to come back the following day because the "system is down". Seems to happen frequently. Other than that I have had great service, especially with Platinum Perks.
