I've had about 50/50 on customer service with Telus.
In the past few years I've only had 1 really terrible tech, and a couple really good ones. A couple others were decidedly meh. Not bad but not helpful.
My most recent experience - really good. Listened to me, looked up everything on line, then put me on hold while she took care of things, only coming back on line to ask a few questions and make sure I know what was going on. Pretty painless for me.
