Here's my story of jilted love turned to bitter betrayal about Telus.

Once upon a time we were in love, beautiful Telus offered 3 months free, and a really low rate. I waited for beautiful Telus for 4 weeks to setup my internet and television, (of course needing access to the internet so that I could successfully participate in my SOMEWHAT IMPORTANT UNIVERSITY CAREER), but beautiful Telus never came.....ever. I began to lose faith in my beautiful Telus, with it's low rates and months of free service. Finally after several agonizing phone calls lasting several hours each that bounced me to about 4-5 operators before finally ending up with their regional service manager, Telus and I broke up for good.

Naturally being on the rebound, and looking for a good strong provider, I ran into dark and handsome Shaw. Shaw told me that he could be "right over the next day to fix my problems" which sent me reeling....could it really be? is it too good to be true? Sure enough...it wasn't! Shaw came over and set everything up the next day. Less than 15 hours after calling them, I had my service up and running.

The moral of the story kids: Telus has terrible customer service, are extremely inefficient, and have lost a customer for life by screwing me around for 4 weeks when I really needed my internet as a student at the UofC. If you are ever looking for a excellent provider go with Shaw, the customer service is excellent, and I've never had any problems with them. Thank you Telus for making my decisions oh-so-much easier!
