And BYU was missing one of their best players in RB Unga. A guy who has totaled 32 TDs in the past two years and is a major factor in the passing game (40+ receptions each of the past 2 years)
You're also forgetting the fact that even with Bradford in the game for almost 2 quarters, the score was only 10-7 OU.
BYU isn't a top program like the ones you mentioned, but there's only 5-7 programs in the country that are. Do all wins not matter unless they're against those programs?
