Then the definition of when a baby is to be comes into play. We are given the ability to have babies. But we are not given the right to kill them... and rightfully so.
Life is about consequences, and if you choose to not wear a rubber or be on birth control, well that's your fault. However, if the baby has a high chance of being mentally unfit for society, or deformed, I think that deserves a second look.
