I don't think that this is a scandal yet, its not even on the radar screen until there's some actual proof.
I'm willing to bet that Harper neatly heads it off.
Its no different then what any other government has done when it hits power.
John McCallum shouldn't talk, he was part of the government that moved CFB Calgary out of a Conservative Bastien to support his Liberal MP.
I don't think this goes anywhere.
