Certainly not the most spectacular on the outside, but good materials would make it look really good.
For the inside, The SPF and the Allied Works ones were the two that were the most thought out, IMO. I don't think we are losing any interior quality with this choice.
Seeing the new night rendering of the outside has upped my opinion of the outside as well, not that I thought the outside looked bad.
The SPF was a sweet building though. Would have been a real landmark, IMO. But this building will still be a great addition to the city of Calgary.
For the variety of things Cantos does, the design of the interior was really important, and they figured that the Allied Works proposal met their goals the best.
