I think the last wedding that had an open bar, I had something like 15 beers, 6 glasses of wine, 5 glasses of champagne, a cigar ... and I managed to wake up 4 hrs later for breakfast and to catch a train out! I didn't even feel hung over, though it was probablycause I was still probably drunk and it was like taking a nap.

OK, I call BS.
First if I am profiling you, I peg you at a 5'6" to 5'7" Asian chap that weighs around 140-150 lbs tops. Correct me if I am wrong. I have never met you in person, so I don't know, that is just my instinct.
You also are not a binge type drinker to my knowledge, thus I think you don't have the bodily aclimitation to such volumes. If you drank all of that in completion, you would most likely be hospitalized.
So, you either drank 15 O'Douls (i.e. 0.5% beers) or simply are counting the ones you went to the "open" bar to grab, even though you most likely only drank a sip or two from your previous one and "lost" it. Same with the wine and champagne.
I am 6'2". I don't have a six pack. Hell I don't even have a twelve pack. I have a full blown 24 pack (OK, maybe an 18 pack) capable of withholding copious amounts of alcohol and even I am going to say that what you quote to drink is close to my limits on a good day.
Again, correct me if I am wrong, but I seriously call BS.
As to the OP, not a bad mix, but as Cowboy said, you are open to one "drink" being popular to the point you wear it out.
Open bars are expensive, and very, VERY wasteful. At the end of the evening you are going to see a ton of partially drunken bottles/glasses. THAT is going to piss you off.
Drink tickets for the first few, $2 or $3 after and you don't have that problem as much.
People disrespect free.
