I was able to get my buddy who GM's at a restaurant to make a liquor order for me and I ended up ordering 13 more flats of beer, 35 26's and 18 bottles of wine. Our wedding has 92 guests in total. Two infants, a couple dozen older guests, but the rest will be around my age (25-30).
This works out to about 1/2 a 26 per person, 4 bottles of wine per table, and about four beers per person. I'm sure we won't run out of the hard stuff but 4 beers per person doesn't seem like that much.
Should I be worried that we're going to run out of beer? I know there's going to be some waste since its an open bar. Thoughts?

Between 4 beers, 1/2 a 26, and half a bottle of wine per person you have plenty to get each and every one of your guests downright drunk. The only issue you have with running out is that should one of those items become popular by a wide margin over the other two.
