I could see Skeletor licking his chops about going back to LA and into a new stadium. There's little to no movement here to get the Raiders or A's into a new stadium(s). *Disclaimer* I don't think the NFL would welcome that, nor would I like it.
Is the NFL strong enough to expand to both LA and Toronto or would it be wiser for them to be more conservative to relocate Jacksonville and Buffalo to LA and Toronto, respectively?
