Here's a defensive driving course you can take online. It will give you a 3 demerit reduction. Costs $110 but it may be too late for you but it would be a good idea to get in touch with the government.

As for this course, I haven't taken it from them but it never hurts to upgrade your skills. You'll be ahead of 90% of the rest of Calgary drivers.

Also you may be taking a hit when you renew your insurance, so this course may also help there.
