Mine jersey right now isn't lettered. I will be getting it lettered soon here, but you can buy your jersey already lettered and ready for you to wear.
You can do it at Jersey City, or do what Incinerator suggested. I haven't heard of anyone having problems with their prelettered jerseys peeling. There will always be a couple bad ones in a shipment, so it's probably just chance that someone gets a bad one. You should not have any problmens getting a Boumeester or Phaneaf Jersey
