Honestly, coming from someone who's suffered through a hamstring tear and rushed it back and still have problems with it 10 years later, go see a physiotherapist, at the very worst they can give you some warmup and stretching exercises.

To be honest, I've added slow running on alternative days to my exercise plan using a treadmill (I build muscle quickly, but my cardio work was crap), and I work on stretching and then warming up heavily because I injure it really easily.
