I worked part time in a deli when I was in school and I don't know how he'd be able to do that unless he's taring it down to 150 grams.
For me anything other less then 20 grams over was fine. Hell, if my manager was pushing that sales were low, I'd make sure there was usually an extra slice over the asked for weight. But I really didn't give a crap what my customers thought since I was a rather surly deli clerk and most of them were really annoying.
