So I am at Sobeys (Strathcona) and asked for 200 grams of ginger beef. She responded asking if I would like a medium, and I said I would like 200 grams. She then said that was a medium, so I told her she was the expert and that sounded fine. She filled up this container thing, weighed it and asked if 300 grams was fine, I said it sounded good. We then went through the exact same conversation for the sweet and sour chicken, this time resulting in nearly 400 grams. Both items tasted really bad and I eventually threw them out.

Why do they post the price per gram if they are going to ask if I want a medium knowing full well a medium is way more than what I asked?

Moral of the story? Avoid the medium Chinese food at Sobeys.
