Shaw isn't some evil empire bent on screwing over their customers at every opportunity (like Bell appears to be at times). because you had a bad experience with a supervisor in a small branch of a nationwide company, all of Shaw can be described as shady? i know from personal interactions that while the results won't always show with a company this big, the Shaw family is committed to customer service and being a good employer. Peter Bissonnette regularly visits the Calgary call center and sits with TSR's and CSR's, just so he can stay in the loop as to what challenges they face day to day
Shaw does have it's fair share of short comings and areas for improvement, but you don't have to hyperbole or exaggerate to prove your point
