Ya I'm on a 3 month probation. I know I technically am not required to give 2 weeks notice but I will just to be professional and I don't screw everyone over in needing to cover my scheduled shifts. I like just about everyone there, and 2 of the bosses are cool and I really enjoy working for them. But the big lady boss is a total fake 2 faced moody sexist anal beotch. If I don't quit now, I know ill end up getting let go at the end of the 3 month probation period anyways. So I figure why not just go it now and get it over with.

That's not the main reason why I'm quitting though.
