You don't see the surge as a positive? Bush literally had to fight against every single person in his administration to implement it.
Humanitarian work in Africa.
Got the Tsunami response right, despite screwing up with Katrina.
Turning around the economy post 9/11, something a lot of people forget.
Killed the Kyoto Treaty. IMO it was a good thing, given what it demanded.
I could find more, but I'm not about too. It doesn't really matter. No matter what Bush did agenda wise, he will always be remembered as the President on whose watch 9/11 happened, and the way he responded afterwards.
Quite honestly, while I can find positives....you'd be stupid to think you can't find something ANY President has done, the negative things far outweigh anything positive he did.
