The best sports are definitely the ones that you have an emotional attachment to; for me, that's the CFL. My grandfather took my father to Stamps games at the old Mewata Stadium, and my father took me to Stamps games when I was young. Now I take my father to the games, and someday, I'll take my offspring. We still lug the same Hudson Bay point blanket to the games that my grandfather owned. My cousins were Eskimos fans. I hated them. I'd never be able to dispassionately debate the merits of the various leagues, because everything about the CFL feels right; it all just fits, and every other league feels off to me. I would fully expect anyone who grew up with a similar exposure to the NFL, or NCAA, or any other sports league to be similarly passionate about it.
