Ricky Ray could be effective (probably not great) in the NFL if he was more consistant. Sure, when he's on, he's great, but he also loses a lot of games for the Esks.
Maybe I'm a little bit homerish, but I think Joffrey Reynolds is good enough to make the NFL (and play) - probably not as a starter, but be a good backup. The thing is, he didn't get his chance when he was younger, and now no NFL team is going to pick up a older RB (Joffrey is nearly 30), when he wouldn't have long term potential in the NFL anyway. NFL teams want to develop young players as backups, especially when the effective playing lifetime of an NFL RB is so short. Teams have to constantly have RBs in development.
Sandro DeAngelis would be an upgrade at kicker for a third to half (perhaps even more) of the teams in the NFL.
