It'll automatically shut down other software on your computer without asking you, cheats, and other normal software like antivirus and cd-rom emulators.

Anyone considering this game should read the wikipedia entry for this Gameguard software - it loads a device driver, meaning a portion of it is in memory at all times. It also comes with its own vulnerabilities, some patched, some not, and does not cleanly uninstall.

Sounds like a real winner.
