What do you think Nik Lewis does in the off-season? What kind of jobs do you think offensive lineman on the Calgary Stampeders have in the off-season? I wouldn't play for the Calgary Stampeders if they guaranteed me a spot on their team for 40k a season. I've already made more as a 25 years old construction worker without working a single hour of overtime since the season began.
NFL players make more in a game than I'll likely make in a decade of hard work. Money talks and bullsh-t walks, that's why the NFL is king and nobody cares about the CFL, even in Canada.
