Probably the usual stuff like as few hours on it as possible, get a mechanical inspection, doesn't look beat up, owner has followed scheduled maintenance, etc. I don't know of anything specific to look for but I'd just treat it like buying any motorized vehicle.
Have heard this mind you...the second happiest day in your life is when you buy you're boat. The first happiest is when you sell it. Apparently watercraft are a pita to own lol.
