I have pukophobia, so I'd have to go with puke.

I've done it twice in my life that I can recall. Avoid at all costs!

edit: and wow, just saw Wood's story. I have one quite similar to that too - a kid in my grade five class sat behind me and almost puked all over me...I avoided him like the plague for the rest of elementary school
