A few years ago, My daughter (Grade 4) asked me to start saving my tabs from my "Pop"
...cans. I did. Amazingly I had a 2 Litre Pop bottle filled!! in no time at all. Anyway, I gave it to her and she took it to School and that was that.
Well, I've been saving them ever since, thinking I'd get the same request. I never got asked again, and now I have almost 3 (2 Ltr. Bottles) and am wondering what to do with them.
Anybody know?

** I once heard that charities liked to collect the tabs because the aluminum was of a higher quality than the cans and that they melted them down to make "WheeChair" Rims.,,,,,,,Sounds like an Urban Legend/Myth to me.
......Maybe I'll just take them to the metal recycling place.
