you paid to park on their property for a period of time and agreed to be off their property by a certain time. they issued you a ticket, that you agreed to pay as part of the conditions of not being off their property by the time you promised you would be.

If i remember right impark doesnt really have any right to hand out tickets... its why they are made to look similar to the City of Calgary parking tickets. Technically they should only be allowed to "ticket" you for damages cuased, which would be however much you didnt pay for parking that time. But someone can correct me if im wrong, not the most legal minded person out there
