So I've got a pretty important fitness test on Tuesday. It's the PARE for anyone who is familiar with it...or if you aren't, you can Google it for more info.
Can I get some suggestions on what I can start doing today in order to be as ready as possible for Tuesday? For example, crossfit.com says a 5k run for today, but I'm not sure how much I should follow that routine leading up to the test. Also, what should I be eating in the days ahead of this? And what should I plan to eat Tuesday morning?
