honestly though, if we are going to have a group that is concerned with winning and being good, then we might want to look at how we do things. i often wondered last year how much higher our rank would have been had we not started off as a pretty bad team and been a hundred games under .500... we may want to have everyone just test things out on their own or in community games so that we don't end up shooting ourselves in the foot at the beginning.
