Just make sure you don't frame it as "hey I'm only really doing 30 odd hours of work anyway, so you'll get the same productivity for less money!" Obviously no one sets out to say that, but make sure that your reduced hours include a reduced role and be specific about what you think has changed to justify the lesser hours.
