it's an absolutely brilliant movie, saw it at Eau Claire opening day afternoon and everyone cheered during and after the movie.
Along with all the other comments, I have one observation to make: this movie is about the power of words vs. the power of violence. Most of the scenes in the film are long verbal battles, words being used as a weapon of war almost, and the end result is that violence either results or is kept at bay.
Shosanna was the best character and her story was great, Landa was fantastic and Christoph Waltz ought to win an Oscar, and Brad Pitt was comedic gold.
