I was there on Wednesday night and had one of the best meals I've ever had. They cook the steak in an 1800 degree broiler and serve it to you on a 500 degree plate with a nob of herb butter on top. When you cut a piece of steak and touch it to your plate it actually sizzles. I ordered a medium rare beef tenderloin + stuffed chicken breast combo and it was absolutely perfectly cooked.
Its one of the more expensive restaurants I've ever been to. The total bill for four people after tip was just shy of $400, but if your are sparing no expense, this is an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, yet not intrusive or annoying. The service was timed extremely well. All of the food came to use fresh and hot.

Ruth's Chris is an American Chain that gets their beef from the US... IT is imported i think. Local = better
