According to whatismyip.com My Wii had the same IP as my home PC but didn't reallly have problems with loading CP, albeit on a different browser. (Opera) There's been a couple of occasions where there has been a bit of a slowdown on the Wii loading CP, but we're talking a couple of seconds, whereas on my PC it would never load at all.

That is the type of thing that makes this brutal to solve. 2 computers in the same home, presumable going through the same router (and so having the same IP) and one has issues and the other doesn't?
People who have problems, do you get them if you go through a proxy?
