If history is any indication, an upper-class rich caucasian will get the fairest and easiest trial in the American justice system. They already promised they wouldn't give him the death penalty, and he wasn't even confirmed to be a murderer yet.

He would have gotten an easy sentence compared to, say, a Latino-American gang member who pulled the same act and isn't a TV star, but I digress...
