Part of the reason that he is so "accurate" and doesn't have many interceptions is that he only makes the easy safe passes that don't result in first downs or big plays or scoring plays for his team.
He reminds me of Kevin Glenn in that his stats look, but when you actually watch them play they don't ever make plays to help their team win.
Campbell is too easily confused by the defense and is forced to make the pass that the defense wants him to make. It results in him getting decent looking stats but his team with few points.
