Yeah, I kick myself for having bought a treadmill instead of a C2 rower a few years ago...I'd rather sub rowing for running than the other way around. 400m runs are predominant and the treadmill is not fast enough for that. It actually significantly slows me down on workouts like Helen and Nancy for example...
I wish I had an Olympic bumper set, but I am still using steel...I better make sure I don't drop my cleans or snatches!
But I DO have a power rack!
